Our rebrand led Figo into the next chapter of growth by tapping into its purpose and elevating the voice and visual identity beyond clichéd pet puns and stocky photos. Following an immersive research phase, our team repositioned Figo as insurance with soul, designed for and by pet people. Our suite of lifestyle photography and custom illustrations transformed Figo into a trusted companion. The rebrand feels premium and boutique, priming Figo to reach Millennial and Gen Z pet owners.
