Brand refresh and campaigns make secondhand second nature
As the largest thrift operator in North America, Savers Value Village has one primary goal: keep items out of landfills and in the hands of people who love them. To reach new consumers in a behind-the-times industry, we modernized the legacy retail company through a large-scale brand refresh. We updated Savers’ brand strategy and visual & verbal identity to highlight the stylish, sustainable, one-of-a-kind finds their stores offer, centering on the “Thrift Proud” brand platform. To support the relaunch, our in-house production team shot original content with real thrifters and fashion influencers, which we deployed across an ecosystem of targeted seasonal campaigns aimed at thrifters and donors. The new brand propelled Savers through a successful IPO, which we supported by creating a high-impact investor roadshow video that spread Savers’ eco-friendly mission during the NYSE public offering and beyond.
