Kimberly-Clark, a behemoth of a company with over 40,000 employees and personal products in nearly every single home and public institution in the world, needed a brand evolution, not revolution. To bring their commitment to world-class engineering to life, we tackled this brand identity refresh and expanded brand design system embodying that innovative core while being mindful about the scale of the organization and the difficulties that come from maintaining an enormous, international team. “Disruptive innovation” may be in fashion, but “responsible innovation” is at the center of a 150 year old business built around delivering better care for a better world.
